6-Axis CNC Spline Shaft Milling / Equipment Hobbing Equipment (HMK)
Functions:
one. The device is employed for cutting all kinds of spline shafts with spur or helical gears, link shaft gears with spur or helical gears, tapered splines and stepped gears by hobbing.
two. It adops AC servo technique to control longitudinal or transverse finding of hobbing head, modify the steps, change hob speed (stepless), adju EPT hob automatically, and it can realize dry-hobbing, it functions with great reliability and fantastic safety.
